Visitor Visa - Notice Of Appeal IA10

Post by single_lonely » Tue Aug 14, 2012 5:05 pm

I've sponsored my uncle to apply for a visitor visa from Pakistan.
This was refused and I appealed (asked for oral appeal), last week a notice of pending appeal was sent along with a illegible IA10 and a questionnaire.
Is it important to send back the questionnaire as it is illegible.

On the notice of pending appeal it says:
'The tribunal will write to you after 18 October 2012 with further details on how and when your appeal will proceed'.

Has anyone got a copy of the IA10 (I've checked the website).
Since the applicant is in Pakistan do I need to attend the appeal, Is a solicitor necessary?
What documents (if any) would I need to take (my income details etc.)?
any help appreciated.

I do not know the answer to your question. But it will certainly help others to comment, if you provided the grounds for the original refusal.

one of them was a overstay when he came to UK 2 years ago
(someone else sponsored him)
he also needed more evidence of his business in Pakistan.
I'm really worried that I've payed for the appeal and nothing will come of it.
any help greatly received
