Just my thoughts here. I hope the CW will consider looking at my company letter. I can explain the situation to CW if nessesary but i do not the chances of winning by doing this. I do not want to spend so much money on Premium service and not getting it in the end.
The time when company re-structure, i've told HR that my title changed and we've been through the process and finally HR still satisfied that i am doing the same job and no need to submit a technical change. (Am i thinking HR is tricky on this by that time?)
