I am expecting the card to be delivered Today. I had checked with DX and they confirmed that there is a Delivery today and gave me the tracking number.

You can just call DX @ 01604 496798, they ask your post code and address and will let you know if there is a delivery scheduled.

Glory be to Christ the King - Spouse Visa Granted.

Post by BACK_TO_GB » Wed Aug 29, 2012 1:06 pm

Glory be to our Heavenly Father - Christ is Lord.

Wife got her Spouse Visa (extension) at Birmingham.

As expected we have prepared two forms, just in case. FLR(M) & FLR(O).

Arrived at Solihul early, so started walking towards the building, and to our delight, found a church, Saint Augustine - at the road corner :) went in and said our prayers infront of Saint Mary's Statue inside the church -- it was St Mary's feast as well. what a blessing.

went to the office, we were admitted though 45 min early. Staff are extremely friendly and polite. To cut a short story even shorter, caseworker explained the changes in rules and forms, he said FLR(M) is not the form to be used anymore. gave her FLR(O) instead to his delight...!

asked ONLY for Marriage Certificate ! no income proof no english test no nothing, just my ILR BRP and our marriage certificate.

completed all and were asked to leave and come back in an hour. when we came back all was done with and approval letter waiting.

BRP recieved after two days only... and yes it was the same man with the Astra agian ! hhh

Blessed is the name of the Virgin Mary & the Lord Christ.
