EEA2 Priority Treatment

Post by kamransh » Tue Aug 21, 2012 11:49 am

Hi guys,
I wanted to ask if I can ask UKBA for priority treatment of my application as I have to travel for work. I'm a visa national and need to travel to US for an on going project in September. My employer has made it clear that its very important for me to sort my documentation and make this travel so very worried.

I applied for EEA2 in July and have received COA but that's probably not enough to get a US visa and travel.

My Tier 1 Gen expired in August so its kind of impossible to travel on my current documentation.

Does anyone have experience with similar situation?

Thanks

That is one of the forseen reasons. Can you get a letter from your employer?

Thanks... Yes, I'm sure I can get a letter confirming the travel and business reasons.

I will try and hope HO considers it. Think that's all I could do

Thanks

Although I read your document but still asking, Can this scenario be applied to get passport back, if my EEA National spouse is pregnant and is in stages of delivery in her home country ? (and I'm visa national spouse in England who applied for EEA2). Note that this situation is predictable at the time when applying for RC/EEA2.

You can wait and think about it, or you can write a good letter and try to make it happen!
