Set O Form sections for 10 year route ILR

Just wanted a verification that Im only to fill the following sections in Set O form for the 10 year route ILR application;
Section 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11

In section 4 if I answered 4.3 do I need to answer 4.4?
