Question on Salary slip

Hi,
I have a question regarding Salary slip. I intend to provide salary slips from October 2011 to September 2012.

I joined the company on 26th of September last year. Since the payroll is 25th of every month, I was paid the salary for 1 week of September in October payroll. The salary for October and September have been clubbed and there is no indication of how much amount is for 1 week of September.
The payslip just mentions that the entire amount is the salary for October.

Do I need to declare this ? or can I go ahead with whatever amount the October payslip has ?

just go with whatever amount the October payslip has.
