VISA Tier 4 processing time India,VFS HYD

Hello,
I submitted my visa on 16th AUG,I checked visa status online ,It still shows me that ''Application has been forwarded to BHC",but many of my frnds told me that there status has changed with in two days.And some told that 'even though your status is same ,but process will be going on and your status may change later,is it true I found such a case with my eyes once.
