While waiting for COA...

Post by nata2406 » Wed Aug 29, 2012 3:55 pm

Hi guys!
So sorry but I need to refer to all of you again for an advise!

EEA3 & 4 has been posted on the 24th July 2012 to HO.
No news yet... still waiting...
My current RC due to expire on the 31/08/12 and my employer requested to bring new evidence of my right to work here or at least COA, otherwise my employment will be terminated.
I brought them receipt as proof of postage but its not enough...
Called to HO requesting COA andf explained the reason, but the answer I've got was: "application has not been validated"

Could anyone advise anything?
Thanks alot in advance for all your answers!

Ask your employer to call the HO employer helpline to confirm your eligibility.

With a RC and proof of posting of PR application, the HO should be able to confirm your eligibility.

Other than the above, I suggest that you write to UKBA, explain your situation, and politely ask for priority treatment based on your circumstances.
Be good.
