What do you mean by an "appointment order"? Are you saying that the Pacific Hotel is offering you a job?
I have googled 'Pacific Hotel UK', and it shows a relatively small and low-grade hotel in London which is not likely to be in a position to sponsor foreign employees. Also, you do not contact any individual person in a UK Embassy to apply for a visa, you have to fill in an application form and go to a company called VFS who are appointed by the British High Commission (not Embassy) to accept the applications and pass them on for processing. If you are being asked to pay cash money to a particular person it may be a trick. Perhaps you should telephone the British High Commission in New Delhi and ask to speak to Julian Evans - maybe no-one of that name works there.
