You have to submit "Certificate of Incorporation" to prove that the company is registered and "Current appointment report" to prove that you are the director of that company. You can get it from companies house. You can get it from any companies house office by paying 1 pound or some times for free.
1. Please make sure whether you need to have already registered a company when you are applying from outside UK.
