Hi experts please help me about entrepreneur Visa

I am on PSW Visa and will expire on September 2013. I have done my masters in hospitality management from a university. It came to my attention that level of occupation should be graduate/NQF 4 or above and have to match with qualification

My questions are

1. Should be the main business type match with the qualifications

2. Does the applicant need to be registered as self -employed or a director of a business, what is the different between them and which one is more flexible

3. Directorship of all kinds of businesses is a graduate level/ NQF4 occupation

4. Director of a restaurant or catering services, is a graduate level occupation

5. Can an entrepreneur visa holder work any other place than his own business
Please note that one of the solicitors mentioned that the directors of all kinds of business are graduate level /NQF 4. As my discipline is hospitality, I can setup restaurant, catering firm or customer care related firms AND ON TOP OF THAT I can continue my current job, which is a supervisor of a supermarket.

But I have seen on code of practice that restaurant and accommodation manager is NQF LEVEL 3

Please help me about the level of occupation, type of business and position of the establishment

It does not have to be a profession that matches your existing qualification. It can be any profession at level 4.
