i am british citizen & i am climing cb & ctc now my wife going to apply for for ilr at peo office croydon this friday will this make any delay for her ilr & is there any sucess story while claiming cb & ctc & apply ilr peo office croydon

As long as the various departments know your partner's status and you claimed truthfully there should be no problems.
