Support Ltr from Bank confirming authenticity of statements

I intend to get online statements for my account to provide as a proof for previous earnings. As per the guidelines,

"If the applicant wishes to submit electronic bank statements from an online account he/ she should also provide a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic."

Can anyone share the template for the supporting letter that I need to get from the bank ?
