Tier 1 (General) extension

Post by canon123 » Mon Sep 10, 2012 10:39 am

I work for a client at their premises through agency as a IT contractor. I inovice the agency and they pay me every week.

Now a days I started giving online training to people. I invoice them and they pay me every week.

As I own a LTD company and as a 100% shareholder,PAYE registered so taking minimum salary and Dividends and i also got another collegue who helps me in providing training and I pay him salary every month.

Now my question is as i am working for these many clients and paying another person, will I be classed as Employed or Self - Employed

PLease advise!!

this question has been asked so many times....

In eyes of UKBA you are self employed but in the eyes of HMRC you are employed...
