Hello!
I submitted my FLR(M) on 7/07/2012 with all the relevant documents requested - marriage certificate, passports, pics, payslips, bank statements, post from the residences we've shared for proof we've been living together for over a year, my degrees, etc.
However, the one document we forgot to include is our current tenancy agreement for out flat. The question is, should I post a copy of this to the UKBA with my reference number from my acknowledgement letter or should I wait to be contacted by my caseworker if they want to see proof of our current accommodation? The acknowledgment letter states that if any documents are missing or if they would like to see proof of something, then they will contact me requesting it.
I just don't want them to need it, not request it, and then reject the application on the grounds that they did not have the tenancy agreement. What should I do?
Thanks!
