Tier1 General (Extension)

Hi Experts,

Need your favour here, Question is about one of my friend who is looking to apply for Tier1 Extension begining of next year.

Situation is –

He is in UK through one of the indian IT company (permanent employee) and on Tier1. However, he got some IT work from one of the IT service company (web development), which he is doing over weekend. He is doing other work as Ltd company contractor (over weekend). Question is, while applying for extension. How, he can convience/supply necessary documents which prove his earnings?

Note – he is already a perm employee and also acting as Ltd company contractor.

Any suggestions welcome....

Are you sure he has read the guidance in detail? See pages 19 - 24... Read points starting from 92...
