BRP stolen

My friend's employer is refusing to continue his contract as he lost his BRP and according to them his temporary one time entry visa overrides his right to work.Is there anything one can do about this?Is there a premium service for BRP replacement card?Any sugegstions please.

Did the employers take a copy of the the BRP before it got lost?What do you mean by temporary entry visa?Has your friend reported that the permit is lost?

Has your friend contacted the agency to find out if he can apply for a new brp at the peo?

An appointment has to be booked several weeks in advance.

The employer do have a copy of orginal BRP.Since the BRP was lost outside of UK , he had to apply for a single entry BRp replacement Visa that allows him to return to UK.There is no premium service for BRP RC.

The employer has the proof that your friend has the right to work if they refuse to continue employing him because his permit was lost ask your friend to talk to an employment lawyer.
