DEPENDANTS TIER 1 VISA EXTENSION ENQUIRY

Dear members,

I have applied for my tier1 visa extention just before expiration of the previuos one (September 5) without my dependanys which means there visas too has expired and have not got my documents back from the HO

My question is, what is the mport of the statement of change policy as regards the 28 days for my children.

Your urgent and timely response to this IS HIGHLY NEEDED

The applications will be refused if they overstay more than 28 days. See para 319H m ) of the rules. Would suggest you make their applications urgently with evidence of your outstanding application. Why didn't you make their applications at the same time as yours?

Thanks Greenie for the response, as to why i didnt aply for the same time,
I observed last minute that i was 300 pds short for the 3 of them which would have had der application rejected.

C3: DO YOU HAVE ANY PASSPORT OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT WHICH CONTAINS A PREVIOUS GRANT OF LEAVE OR WHICH YOU USED WHEN YOU LAST TRAVELLED TO THE UK

H1. HAVE YOU EVER HAD ANY HOME OFFICE REFERENCE OR UK BORDER AGENCY REFERENCE NUMBER(S) ASSIGNED TO YOU?
