Application form Fee Query

Hi,

I am my tier 1( g) visa extension next week at PEO, and i have few queries while filling the application form.

Could you please answer for the following queries please.

Section 1 payment details, as i am attending at PEO and will pay using my debit card, so still i need to fill all the details under this section 1 payment details.

Section 2 question b14, pbs ref. no.? is this no which was mentioned on the visa page?

section 2 B25, i am staying in UK from 15aug11 and before that i am in my home country so do i need to give my home country adrees, as i am in the current uk address lessthan 2 years only.

B28, job title, i am ltd compnany director and work as engineer with my clinet so do i need to write as engineer or leave it?

Question D4, reference number is this same as b14?

In the PBS dependent form Question H2 homeoffice or ukba reference number, is this some no. which shoes on my wife's visa page.

In the PBS dependent form question L3, ref. no. of main applicants most recent application
