Future of 10 Year Long Residence Rule.... ILR

Post by hadu21 » Thu Sep 20, 2012 5:34 pm

Dear Members,

I would appreciate if senior members of this forum can provide me some input.

I will complete my 10 years lawful residence in UK in December 2013.

Can you tell me if UKBA is thinking of scrapping the 10 year settlement route. What are the chances of them scrapping this.

Kind Regards

I am not sure anyone can guess what the immigration rules would be like in a years time.

Only UKBA can tell you what they are thinking about immigration changes that should be and/or will to be introduced in the future. No one here can.
