Tier1 Extension, PBS Ref No and Old Passport

Dear All,

I just have completed the application form for Tier1 G extension and need your advise to clarify couple of questions please,

1: In Sec 2, B14 of application form it's asking for PBS Ref No if known so, is it regarding previous PBS Ref? And if yes then what exactly that would be(Visa Ref)?

2: Do we also need to submit the old/previous passport with application as well?

PS. My current passport has got current leave by just need to ensure that previous one is required or not.

1. can be left blank
2. all passports which had a LTR need to be submitted

Dear All,

I already have posted my documents for Tier1 G Extension and after going through scanned copies, just realised that I overlooked to tick the appropriate section of employment(if applicable) and Job title(if applicable). As I understand these sections are not mandatory but could that create any issue?
