My Tier 1 Visa expiring on coming Dec 2012. I am planning for some business trips and as well personal trips abroad in coming months of December and January. So I am planning to apply for Tier 1 extension first week of November with my dependant on first week of November through PEO Sollihull.
Would I be granted my new visa from expiry of my old visa or will be I be granted visa from the initial applying date?
For your info I would be applying 6 to 7 weeks before my Visa expiry.
I am asking my accountant to produce a Income letter for Tier 1 extension.
• Payslips with Class 1 NI Contributions for consecutive 12 months ( Sealed and signed) and also Dividend vouchers for the period asked ( Sealed and signed)
• Accountant letter confirming my details as Company Director & 100% share holder, quoting VAT number, PAYE Reference etc, then stating salaries , dividends , NI , VAT Contributions by month wise in a table form claimed for the period signed and sealed on official letterhead.
• Accountant ACCA certification copy
Does she have to mention Net Profit column as I could see some rejection cases in the below link because they have not mentioned in the letter ?
