10 years ILR documentation

hi,

please can someone point me in the direction where i can find information about how to apply for 10 year ILR and documentation/exams needed for this?

I entered UK in the first week of Dec 2002 so i am assuming i am eligible for ILR in Nov 2012.

is there a way i can apply in person?

also can my wife apply with me at the same time?

Read:1. Long residence (276A - 276DH).
2. SET(O) form.
