We're a bit confused by Section 12 on the ILR forms. It asks for the applicant to sign to give consent for the UKBA to check their bank or utility details, and then for joint account holders to sign - as her partner I've signed that bit, as we have joint utility bills.
It's the third one we're not sure about - it says to be signed by "friends or relatives" who are supporting the application. Does this include me, as I'm including my bank stataments etc., and really providing the income for maintenance? I does say "signature of third party", so I'm guessing it's for someone to sign if you're betting third party support, and so not me?
Also, one more thing - the form doesn't say anywhere that you have to provide proof of accommodation. Is this right, we don't need to?
