FLR(M) PEO appointment

Post by priya26 » Wed Sep 26, 2012 9:25 am

Hi,

I have my appointment for the FLR (M) booked at the PEO just the next day after my husband's ILR application on the previous day.

I wanted to know if such a short time gap is okay or is it advisable for me to wait for a few days more after he gets his ILR.

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Priya

you do not need to wait, I have seen people applying on the same day like morning appointment for husband and afternoon for wife so it won't be a problem. You usually gets the letter from the PEO on the day saying they have approved your case and you will receive BRP in post within 10 days etc so that letter is much more sufficient evidence to show that your husband has gained the ILR stauts.

Good luck

I have managed to book online appointment for my husband and me for the premium service.

I have not filled any form online or made any payment online. So is it okay if the download the paper form and take it with me and make payment when I reach there or i should have filled an online application and done the payment before I booked the appointment ?

Can someone please advice.

Thanks a lot.

You do not need to fill up any online form or make any payment. You simply book the appointment ( make sure you choose premium appointment option) and then print correct form fill it up and take with you. You then will pay when you enter the PEO in person.
