Of course, you've got to tick that one off if you have not been absent from the UK for more than 180 days in any 12 calendar months.

Let me clarify my question ... as i am not quite clear myself :P

Applying under HSMP(2 years) + Tier 1 (3 Years)

On page 24
Section 9A D. Continuous Residence Assessment

D1. Please confirm whether you have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the United Kingdom:
Yes []

D2. Please confirm whether you have been outside of the UK for any single absence over 3 months or one or more absences which amount to more than 6 month in total during the 5 year period:
Yes [] Go to D3
No [] Go to E

Then on

Section 9B TIER 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrants
Leave everything blank

Then on

Section 9C TIER 1 (Investor) Migrants
Leave everything blank

Now ... page 35 seems to be linked to the points assessment for 9C ... isnt it so? we should leave it blank if that is the case.

Hi innocentdevil and Oazir: Best luck for both of You. I just twisted myself. I booked peo appointment yesterday for 13th November. I choose service SET O. Is this right? I am hsmp 2yr and tier1 3yr and applying for ILR.
