I think you have missed the point. Why do you want to argue that they shouldn't have been issued an Eea family permit? Isn't this what you applied for?

I don't quite understand this. I believe if the ECO made an error in issuing the EEA family permit in your name, but that error will not justify the issuance of ILR under the immigration rules, would it?

I am not sure how i can help in this situation. I will be a bit reluctant to pay a legal representative in these circumstances.

and if over time there will be divorce that their situation?
and if that is not what they can do to not be seen to affect their dependent status?

Why do I have the feeling that there are other reasons you don't want to go via the EEA route?

and if, during the 5 years of residence there divorce and my wife that they no longer accept dependant of it that it will be their
situation? if possible that is what he will do to faloire that it can be allowed to remain in the country without status
