UK Spouse Visa - Wife Studies

Post by njpal » Sun Sep 30, 2012 1:49 pm

My wife and I got married in India in July 2012. I’m a UK British National working in full time employment.

She has completed a computer diploma course (Gniit) and currently studying for an MBA (2nd year). We haven’t looked into any courses here and so was thinking of not mentioning the MBA on the application. This way she wouldn’t need to supply any letters from the university re leave etc and no need for proof that she will enrol on some course here. This will make things easier for us and save time in terms of gathering letters/proof etc. Would this be advisable?

Thanks
