You do hold PR already if you have been working for over 6 years. The card is just a way of the government confirming the PR that you already have.chip wrote:I am an EEA national living and working in the UK for over 6 years.

PLEASE tell me it is true. i have made so many calls and read alot on the internet and I am all being told that it is applicable to anyone living in the UK that wants to sponsor a non EU family memberLucapooka wrote:EU applications are exempt from the 18,600 financial threshold.

Since you have PR, you no longer even need to be working. But it does not matter how much savings you or your husband have (do NOT answer those questions on the application form), and does not matter what your husband is or will be doing for work (do NOT answer those questions on the application form).
Since you do not have a PR card, you should answer the question about your employer, but do not write down how much money you make on the application.
Sleep well!
Cheers!EUsmileWEallsmile wrote:Moved to EEA applications forum.
