ILR on Dependent of WP Holder+ Tier 1 GeneralMain Applicant

Hello Experts,

I have a question about ILR.

I have lived in UK for last 5 years (from Sep 2007 till date, i.e. Oct 2012) without a gap of more than 90 days(I have ocasionally travelled to India, but never more than 4 weeks).

These are the details of two different types of visas I have held during my last 5 year stay in UK

Sep 2007 to Aug 2008 - Dependent of Work Permit holder
Sep 2008 to Oct 2012 - Tier 1 General (Main applicant)
My current visa, Tier 1 General (Main Applicant) is valid upto Nov 2013, but I need to go for ILR now for various reasons

My question is, do I qualify for an ILR as of now, that is, if I apply for ILR this month will my stay be counted as 5 years or will the initial first year not be included because I was here as dependent of Work Permit Holder ?

No. For the following reason:
