hi
just wondering if it is ok to submit my old expired (with IRL) and new passport , as i had a new passport in june 2012, so thought it is not worth it to apply for NTL when i can apply for BC in 3-4 months
am trying to arrange an appointment with NCS for next week, but now am worried if they may refuse my application bcz i didn't transferred my IRL to new passport
