Have UKBA started PEO applications for tier1(entrepreneur)

Hi,

Did ukba started peo application for this visa? Because when I applied 2 months ago there was no such service. Please have a look and comment that is it just a mistake or something real.

Still waiting for the visa, I don't know when it will arrive.

Please see below 2nd paragraph of Page 4 of Tier 1 (entrepreneur) application form:

"Applications made on this form may not be
made in person at a Public Enquiry Office of
the UK Border Agency."

Moreover, applicable fee of £1,020 stated in application form relates to postal applications. PEO application fees are not stated in application form.

So it looks like that PEO application is still not possible for Tier 1 (entrepreneur).

Just called UKBA, there is NO premium or Super premium services for Tier 1 Entrepreneur application. Hence application can not be made at Public Enquiry Office.

Definitely some technical error .

Premium service is available for finger prints only. please do,nt be confused with this service.
