I was granted an ILR on 28th Feb 2012 after being on a 2yr spouse visa. when exactly can i apply for Naturalization?

Hi you can apply after a Year which will be the 28th Feb 2013, based on spouce of BC.

when did you first arrive in the UK as the spouse of a settled person / British citizen?
Was this date the very first time you came to UK?

I first arrived on 10th march 2010.

In that case, you can apply for naturalisation on the 10th March 2013. You have to be physically present in the UK exactly 3 years before you can apply.
