How to obtain travel records?

Hello,

I just wondered if anyone had any advice on how to obtain travel records.
I am a EU citizen and I lived in the UK for the past 8 years. I go in and out quite frequently for long weekends and holidays, but never for more than 25 days a year (that being my holiday allowance!).

However, my passport is not stamped when I travel withing the EU and I don't really have all the records to fill out my naturalization form.
