Third party Funds withing UK

Post by DangerousWolf » Tue Oct 09, 2012 7:38 pm

Could anyone please guide me on -

Is it possible or accepted to show 3rd party funds when you are declaring fund access within UK only. Guide says, money has to be under applicant's name only. Got confuse - why would they say so. Doesn't make any sense.

This is what I'm confused about as well. My uncle has made £50K available to me and he has transferred the amount to my personal account. I'm not sure if my uncle has to provide a third party declaration now.

This is different situation. Third party funds means you are showing funds under someone else account.

If your uncle has transferred funds to your account then no more declaration required.
