required documents for minor child on UK ILR person

Hi Expert,
I am Srivas, holding ILR visa and acceptance letter for citizenship and BN cermony is going to be in november. My wife has got ILR last in jan 2011. I have one child 2 and half years indian passport holder does not have visa to UK. Now I am applying for my daughter dependant visa. What are the documents needed to submit the application and what is the form I have to fill.
I recently got a 3 months contract in 1st week of sept and it is going to end on end of november before this contract I did not have job for 9 months. All my payments recieved to my LTD. company.
I don't know what are the financial documents to be submitted for my dependant.
Please kindly suggest regarding this.

Thanks for your reply with link. there is a confusion with 18,600 gbp or 22600 gbp. If i show 11500k in 6 months invoices instead of one year invoice, will it work or do i need to show all 12 months invoices to show 22600 gbp.
If i am applying visa for only my child, is it 18600 or 226oo gbp economic history should be shown.

I am British Citizen and my spouse is ILR holder (she is presently living in India) we got child born in India and she is 2.5 years old.
Now we would like to apply for visa to get my child to UK. What are the documents required to submit along with which application form and which appendix.
My economic activity -
I have working as freelancer through my own limited company for years. and I have finished my contract last week but from 29th nov'2011 to 29th nov' 2012 my gross income is 23000 gbp. If I want to show this one year activity, will it enough with invoice and business bank statement and my personal bank statements with dividents.
What else documents to be submitted please please...help me regarding this

But Still I am in confusion which form should i use and which appendix along with what are the documents if the person working his own through his own limited company. what criteria need to be met for the visa of my child.
Please help me in the following tophics:
1. Dependent minor child application form on Parents ( father- British Citizen and mother - ILR)
2. Required Appendix
3. Economic documents if sponsor (father) working through his own limited company - gross amount per year.
4. any other supporting documents required

Hi Experts,

Could you please help me in choosing the appendix for the dependent child on ILR granted parents in January 2011. now situation is - one parent got British citizen recently (passport process is still on).
And could you please also help me in declaration - part 11 of the application VAF4A - there is a applicant's signature, my daughter is only 2.5 years old, there is no option for thumb impression.

Please help me regarding the above queries
