New Tier 2 visa

Hi,

This is a bit complex, but need your inputs. My husband and me are in UK since June 2008. My husband entered on work permit and is now on T2-ICT and am on T2 dependant. Our visa expires in March 2008 and my husband's company are not renewing it further as per their overseas assignment policy, so we have to go back.

But am working as well (since 2008) and my company is ready to sponsor a T2 general visa for me.
So my questions -
1. Can my company sponsor me now (i.e so late) if am working with them since 4 years (considering resident labour test, etc)?
2. Can me and my husband apply at the same time? (I understand that we need to apply from home country?)
3. Maintenancewise I have sufficient funds to show. Do you see any potential problem for visa not to go through?

Has anyone ever been into situation similar? Please put in your advice & suggestions.
