when would my wife be qualifed for naturalisation?

Hi, everyone.

I do not know if anyone of you faces the same question.

my wife first came to the UK as Tier 1 dependant.
she and I got ILR on 18/Dec/2011.

first I wonder if we could apply for naturalisation together on 18/Dec/2012.

if not, I without a doubt can apply BC first. once I got the BC. can she apply under 3 years residence requirements as spouse of BC?
