working tax credit and immigration

Post by lolly10 » Mon Oct 15, 2012 3:44 pm

My husband is not allowed to work in uk. I am british citizen. I work 20hrs a week but to claim working tax credit u need to work 24hrs. As my huband is subject to immigration is would this still apply? Thank you
