Changing from Student Visa to Nanny/Domestic worker

Hi, First time poster:) could anyone let me know if there is a way for somebody who is already in the UK on a student visa (which expires in 2 years) to change their visa type to a worker visa to become a nanny.
Basically they get on really well with a wealthy family who have young children and they would be looking at the nanny position as a long term solution. The family is willing to sponsor or do what it takes. Any help would be much appreciated.
