Maximum allowed stay for Tier2 ICT established staff

Post by jmdu » Tue Oct 16, 2012 1:41 pm

Hi,

I have a Tier2 ICT Established visa which was applied on Mar 2011 and its valid from Apr 2011 to Jan 2013.

My question is, am I allowed to renew and stay with this VISA after five years ?

I could not find any information about this in UKBA.
what is the maximum allowed to stay for this Tier2 Established staff VISA category ? Is there a limit in maximum stay or there is no limit ?
http://www.parliament.uk/Templates/Brie ... id=SN05752 - says maximum allowed to stay is five years. Is it right?

can anybody please shed some light on it?

You don't have a five year limit as you were granted a visa prior to Apr 2011. You can stay as long as you/your company wants
Refer to page 7, point 28 in
