Indefinite Leave to Remain for Dependant

Hi,
I am applying for my Indefinite Leave to Remain in November and am currently on a Tier-1 Extention. I intend applying for Premium Servicer at a PEO.
However I got married less than 2 year ago and my wife joined me in Jan 2011 and obviously her dependant visa expires on the same day as mine. Can my wife also apply for an Indefnite Leave to Remain as a dependant as she would have been in the UK less than 2 years at the time of application?? What is my wife eligible for??
Please advise...
