Which question are you referring to? Give the question no.

I was filling up form online and in the immigration status section it was asking this question. There are no question numbers but was divided into sections and this question was asked in immigration status of dependent application.
My baby was born here in UK on 8th March 2011 so never needed a visa to stay here with us but we want to travel abroad so are applying for her visa as well.

Thanks I have already submitted the application form today in the morning with "exempt from control" option and have put up a cover letter explaining why I have selected this.
Thanks
