switching from psw from where to start

Hello All,
Hope u all are okay. i retuned to this forum after a long time.
got PSW on jan 2012 (MBA) which is expiring jan 2014
currently working as a Taxi driver didn't bothered to apply for a professional job.
my question is from where should i take a start.
can i open a Taxi company.
can i open a Store.
Should i go for a Security company provides security related equipment's.
I got a bit experience in all of the above.

next question
i got a fund of around £10K in my bank. the rest of the £40K i will borrow from my brother in law who is a doctor in here. to be on safe side he is willing to transfer it to my account.
as he has already paid Taxes on that money. will i also have to pay tax on that in near futue.

and also plz guide me where to start. what documents to collect

Hi,
My personal suggestion is that. As u have got another 15 months time to go, you first mould your self into a profession which is above the NQF level 4 or above. There are some occupations which are related to MBA. Please find out them and target to mould yourself suitable for those positions.
Secondly, you will not be able to work that u are doing now once u come under Tier-1 (Entrepreneur) visa. So, do not hurry to apply. In the mean time make your own money as much as you can rather than depending on your brother.
Thirdly, there are roomers that there will possibly some kind of better visa comes to fill the skilled man power shortage.

So, finally I would like to conclude by saying. Dont get hurry, make your self to be suitable for NQF level 4 or 6 occupant. Make your own money as much as you can.
