FLR(M) unmarried partner visa.Need Advice proof of live toge

FLR(M) unmarried partner visa. Need Advice about section 12 Documents (6 items to show we live in the same address) from the app 09/2012

I am currently hold Tier 4 visa which has an expiry date of 30/01/2012.

I am going to apply for unmarried partner visa on 30/10/12.

One concern is I and my boyfriend have been living together since March 2010.

From March 2010 till Now, we have moved in and out 4 properties in Total.

Do we need 3 different sources of documents for each address.

I have got below.

1. March 2010-October2010 he got 3 things to this address but I only got one bank statement to this address in Oct 2010.
2. Nov2010-Nov2011 we have joint-bank statement from Feb 2011 onwards, NHS to the same address, phone bill to the same address.
3. Dec2011-June2012 we have joint-bank statement, NHS to the same address, phone bill to the same address.
4. June2012- present we have joint-bank statement, NHS to the same address, phone bill to the same address, Tenancy agreement, council tax

The reason I don’t have things to send to the first address because I came under tier 5 (march2010-Apr2011) and under internship program. The accommodation was provided as part of the internship program. My bank registered under that address but I hardly stayed there.

We are going to ask two of our housemates from the first address which now we have lived together again on the address 4 to confirm that we did live together at that address. In my bank statement during that period, should show that I spent a lots in the area.

Would it be any problem if we don’t have things sent to the same addresses for each address we have lived together.

We are worried since we met someone who work for solicitors yesterday and she mentioned if we don’t have at least 3 different things for each address, it is likely that I am going to get a visa.

Appreciate your thought.
