Impact of US visa denial on UK Spouse visa

Hi All,

I was denied a student visa to the US under 214(B) which means a potential immigrant in a non-immigrant category.

I am now getting married to a Tier 2 holder in UK, will getting a spouse visa for the UK be affected by the US visa rejection?

Seniors please advise!

No but make sure you mention the refusal in your visa application in the relevant place.
