NI Number doubt for Dependent (Spouse)

NI Number doubt for Dependent (Spouse)

Hi,
There is a question F6 in the new Dependent form on Page 12, Section F:
-What was your previous NI Number ?

My spouse had a temporary NI number in 2008-2009 for 1 month work (came from India to work in UK for a month). But that NI number is not 9 digits long nor it begins with letters (as per policy guidance)

So, should I still declare or leave it ? Do not want to take any "intentional" chance because UKBA can track back everything.

Please advice.
