3rd Party to contribute in 50k pot

Post by SagarUltimate » Sat Oct 27, 2012 11:35 pm

Dear all

I would appreciate if you kindly share your experience on my following questions please:

We two friend want to go for enterprenuer visa. Both of us are in Psw visa. we have a total of 25K fund ready in one of our bank account and rest 25k will be shown by a family friend to make the 50k pot.

As far as I know we are ok for applciation but somebody confused me saying that for 50k Psw graduates scheme, the whole 50k should be in one account. No third party can invest.

Please share your thoughts.

Many thanks.

No. That's not correct. You can apply. Just follow the requirements as mentioned in the policy guidance for team application and third party funding.

Just to avoid any confusion better to read the latest changes occured since October.

Personally I think, if you are using any funding from UK, It should be in your own account, no third party anymore.

But if that is someone overseas funding, then you can him/her as third party.

Correct me if I am wrong.
