Tier 1 Entrepreneur-£50,000 Company Registration Address

Hello, everyone, I am switching PSW to Tier 1 Entrepreneur-£50,000 Visa. When I register a company, i can't use my current residential address because of the sublet problem. Thus I'm considering to use my friend's address. The house is owned by him. What kind of information does UKBA will check about the company & how is it going to investigate? In other words, what risks will my friend face?
