Hi,
My Tier 1 application was refused and I had the 'Right to Appeal'. I appealed and on the day of hearing, UKBA has withdrawn from the Appeal...
Please advice on following:
1) How much time it will take to get the new decision.
2) What is the process...Do I need to send passport?
3) Is it the same team or another Case worker who will work on my papers?

Appeal withdrawn: 5th Sep 2012....
Status: Waiting..

Please advice..
